Minimum qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Experience in building consumer-facing products or subscription systems.

• Experience with products that have a direct, measurable impact on user growth, engagement, or business.
• Ability to think in systems and design for scalability while maintaining a sharp focus on business outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment across different time zones.

In this role, you will be looking after expansion, upgrades and cross-selling, as well as personalization and promotions. Personalization and promotions drives the right message and the right offers to users at the right time and looks after the limited time offers and other campaigns we run to drive sign up uplift.

Expansion is all about driving storage subscribers to AI and making it easy and obvious how to grow the G1 subscription from a base plan to including YouTube and Home Premium.

Google Photos is a photo sharing and storage service developed by Google. Photos is one of the most sought after products at Google and is looking for both client-side (web and mobile), with server-side (search, storage, serving) and machine intelligence (learning, computer vision) Software Engineers. We are dedicated to making Google experiences centered around the user.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the experience used by over 150m subscribers and own driving upgrades and growth via promotions and offers.
• Own the end-to-end product strategy for Google One's growth via upgrades and offers and how the team brings AI and the best of Google to all consumers.
• Be at the forefront of personalization and target to tailor the messaging Google delivers to all G1 customers across Gmail, Gemini and more.
• Upgrade metrics and be responsible for improving the offers engine to drive sign up uplift and real business growth.
