Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc,).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  
• 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  
• 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership and 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.
  
• Experience with AI tools, and in gaming, game design, or the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team in prototyping, testing, building, and launching a new experience for gamers.
• Find solutions and knock-down obstacles where others see roadblocks. Preempt risks and guide delivery.
• Lead through technical and cross-functional ambiguity with independence.
• Apply creativity and use/advocate for the latest tools and processes.
• Architect a global product strategy and influence executives and stakeholders around it.
