Job Description

Senior Project Analyst

The Senior Project Analyst plays a critical role in driving site-level projects, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace experience programs at Thomson Reuters. This role requires an experienced, confident professional who can independently manage multiple projects, work with senior leadership and Business Resource Group (BRG) sponsors and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator with excellent project coordination and event management experience, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences that align with Thomson Reuters’ culture and strategic priorities.

About the Role: 
In this opportunity as a Senior Project Analyst​, you will:

  • Independently manage site-level projects and employee engagement initiatives with limited supervision, ensuring timely communication, execution, and delivery

  • Partner with sponsors and leaders of Business Resource Groups.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, global teams, external vendors, agencies, and event management partners.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement events, wellbeing initiatives, town halls, senior leadership site visits, and council meetings.

  • Coordinate logistics with facilities, security, catering, maintenance, office services, and other support teams.

  • Prepare agendas, organize meetings, document discussions, and share clear and timely minutes and follow-ups.

  • Implement effective end-to-end communication plans for events and initiatives using newsletters, emails, intranet, blogs, and social media platforms.

  • Draft high-quality internal communications, including email campaigns, blog posts, articles, and leadership updates aligned to business and strategic goals.

  • Track, manage, and account for project and event-related budgets and expenses. Work closely with finance teams on expense reporting, budget tracking, and financial compliance.

  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and documentation using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including travel coordination, expense reports, meeting logistics, hosting, and documentation.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, composure, tact, and discretion when interacting with senior-level management.

About You 
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes: 

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, event management, or a similar role.

  • Proven experience independently handling multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in strategic internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
