We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in India, supporting NetApp Global Accounts headquartered in Germany. This role partners closely with sales and customers to design, position, and develop innovative NetApp solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical selling, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT rolesStrong knowledge of storage and data management principles and overall IT architecturesHands-on experience with hyperscaler platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)Solid understanding of enterprise and cloud computing, virtualization, storage, backup, and high-availability solutionsInterest in emerging technologies such as public and hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, AI, DevOps, and container technologiesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to administrators, team leads, and business decision-makersStrong analytical, creative problem-solving, and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetWillingness to travelBachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Job Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and requirements for NetApp solutions and services Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solution designs Present and demonstrate NetApp technologies to stakeholders across technical and business levels Engage with diverse stakeholders, understanding their motivations and business drivers Support the sales team during technical discussions and customer engagements Take ownership of the technical development and overall design of proposed solutions
