Job Description | Assistant Manager - WFM Integration
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client projects using deep knowledge of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Scheduling, and other WFM processes and systems.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in Workforce Management and apply practical, business-driven solutions to complex client challenges.
• Collaborate with global distributed teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of deliverables.
• Participate in full lifecycle activities for WFM systems (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support).
• Contribute to thought leadership, collateral, tools, and methodologies to enhance WFM offerings within the practice.
• Maintain effective client communication and build strong relationships with client and project team counterparts.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members; help define goals and support ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements.
Qualification:
• 8-10 years of experience in Workforce Management integration, including designing operating models and employee experience transformation.
• Prior experience in SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases) is preferred.
• Experience with Boomi Professional Developer Certification is a plus.
• Solid background in quality assurance testing.
• Understanding of FTP and file transfer technologies, including encryption.
• Strong consulting skills, attention to detail, and proactive risk management.
• Excellent analysis, change control, task management, and time management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and results-driven.
• Ability to understand data mapping and specification documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Presentation skills to communicate change strategies and recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in process mapping and documentation using Visio and other tools.
• Experience working with US and multi-geo clients is an advantage.

Education / Years of Work Experience:
• MBA in HR or equivalent Post Graduate Degree from an accredited college/university.
