8 years experience as a Domain Administrator with large Microsoft Active Directory Designing Implementing Maintaining Troubleshooting

8 years experience as a Global Administrator with large Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD Designing Implementing Maintaining Troubleshooting

8 years of experience working with Windows Server environments

5 years of PowerShell and other scripting language experience

5 years experience as an Identity Administrator

Deep knowledge of Authentication LDAP Kerberos SAML OIDC and AD Security

8 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory services including forest and domain design policies topology replication trusts DNS DHCP

5 years of experience in developing and enforcing security baselines and policies for identity services

5 years of experience in Identity and Conditional Access design and implementation

Expertise in managing ADFS environment and migrating the authentication to Entra ID

Familiarity with Group Policy Objects GPO AD replication backuprestoration processes

Experience in Management of the Public Key Infrastructure PKI systems and certificates

Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency

Previous experience identifying issues within interconnected systems including authentication services load balancers firewalls and 3rd party applications

Ability to collaborate demonstrate a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues and provide guidance and recommendations for improvements

ResponsibilitiesThe AD Entra ID Administrator will be the main point of contact for technical and support issues related to Active Directory Entra ID in a Hybrid deployment

Design implement and manage hybrid Active Directory AD and Entra ID environments

Participate in solution design discussions

Administer identity federation services such as Single Sign On SAML OAUTH OIDC and Multifactor Authentication MFA

Support Entra ID including Conditional Access Enterprise Custom Applications Entra Privileged Identity Management

Manage directory synchronization tools like Entra ID Connect

Implement security measures to protect ADEntra ID environments against vulnerabilities

Conduct regular disaster recovery exercises for ADEntra ID environments

Monitor system performance capacity planning and resolve highseverity incidents

Automate processes using PowerShell scripting or other tools to enhance efficiency

Conduct regular health checks of identity platforms to ensure operational stability

Resolve assigned casestickets change requests and act as an escalation point for support issues

Must be a selfstarter and can work independently as well as within a tightly formed team

Write and support custom scripts PowerShell to remediate issues and automate tasks as well as to support reporting licensing and troubleshooting Hybrid deployments

Adhere to technical policies standards best practices and organizations Change Management procedures

Ensure quality standards are met for engineered solutions and promote continuous improvement across the entire Identity platform

Provide and maintain clear concise and customized documentation that is appropriate for technical and nontechnical audiences

Provide technical leadership to crossfunctional teams junior engineers

Work on assigned projects and complete within timetable established by leadership

Proactively identify and successfully troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner provide updates on problem resolution and provide progress reports to customers and management on a regular basis

Provide regular management updates on advantages and potential opportunities for new technologies and automation

Preferred SkillsStrong understanding of identity security best practices

Knowledge of modern access control models RBAC PBAC

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

Good to Have Experience in implementing privileged access management PAM solutions

High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying risks
