Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience: 7.5+ years
- Strong experience in Product Management, Product Planning, and Roadmapping
- Expertise in Agile project scoping, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong domain knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Planning and Execution
- Experience defining product strategy, OKRs, roadmaps, and delivering complex products
- Strong analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for supply chain planning products
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to deliver customer and business value
- Define product success metrics, manage product backlogs, and prioritize features
- Lead product discovery, MVP development, and validation of new capabilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams
- Drive continuous improvements in product performance, adoption, reliability, and scalability
- Balance business priorities, technical debt, and platform enhancements to maximize product value
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions that support omnichannel retail and supply chain operations
- Champion a customer-first approach and continuous product innovation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
