Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Total experience +7.5 years.
• Minimum 2+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts including Logs, Metrics, and Traces.
• Hands-on experience with New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience defining product roadmaps, MVPs, and data-driven product strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and prioritizing product features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Observability platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Gather requirements, create user stories, and manage product backlogs and priorities.
• Lead product discovery, MVP development, experimentation, and validation activities.
• Drive sprint and release planning to maximize business value and delivery outcomes.
• Champion observability practices and promote reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
