Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews; ensure timely feedback and candidate closure
Drive offer negotiation, salary benchmarking, and pre‑joining engagement
Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives as needed
Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and policies
Meet defined TAT, quality, and hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong exposure to lateral hiring (IT/Non‑IT depending on role)
Hands‑on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
