Summary of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Scrum Master to facilitate and guide our Agile teams in delivering value on the ServiceNow platform. The Scrum Master will ensure the team follows Scrum principles and practices, removing impediments, and encouraging a collaborative environment. We are looking for someone with an understanding of the ServiceNow platform and Agile methodologies.

About the Role:

• Overall 6+ years of IT industry experience

• Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive, and time bound.

• Build relationships with partners, ensuring their understanding of the Scrum process and their active participation.

• Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.

• Collaboration within the development team, Product Owner, and partners.

• Continuous improvement within the team by encouraging experimentation and the use of best practices.

• Maintain a prioritised product backlog.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and partners to plan and manage releases.

• Report team progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics to communicate with partners.

• Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum best practices.

• “Think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding process, technology refresh and hype.

• Work on multiple tasks simultaneously

• Have collaborative, team-oriented style to manage potential conflicts.

• Work within a global team across cultures

• Implement industry best practices, used to maintain.

• Maintain Service level agreement adherence for response and releases.

• Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSPO, CSP-SM).

• Work experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other scaling frameworks.

• ITIL certification or understanding of ITIL processes.

• Work experience with ServiceNow implementation projects
