Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and IT expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of Alstom’s Service Execution System (SES) Core Model, ensuring high-quality service and driving operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as architects, project managers, and BPOs), lead external partners during run activities, and support the requirements gathering phase, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of analyzing business requirements and converting them into functional service execution processes, but also preparing test scenarios and performing end-to-end testing to validate compliance with business requirements.We’ll look to you for:Contributing to the continuous improvement of Alstom’s SES Core ModelLeading external partners during run activities, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvementSupporting BPOs in the requirements gathering phaseAnalyzing business requirements and converting them into functional service execution processesSupporting architects and project managers in project scoping and planningPreparing test scenarios and performing end-to-end testing to ensure compliance with business requirementsEnsuring the SES Core Model (solution, processes & rules) is fully documented, consistently evolving, and aligned with corporate standardsBringing innovation into the Core Model evolution in line with métier strategy (e.g., NLP, predictive maintenance, scheduling optimization)

 

ll about you

Engineering degree, preferably in Information Technology

Minimum 5 years of development and configuration experience on Dassault Apriso solution (v2022 or higher)Proven track record in maintenance-related processes (e.g., configuration management, corrective/preventive maintenance)

Experience in leading external partners in their run activities across multiple sitesAction-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter, result-oriented, and able to work autonomously

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for worldwide, multicultural environmentsAgile and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping the big pictureStrong leadership in vendor management, partner coordination, and scaling solutions globally

English expertise is mandatory, both spoken and written
