Job Description

SG Content Writer - Senior

•Campaign planning (content calendars, asset lists, visual concepts; scope, milestones, QA gates).•Interpret content briefs and translate campaign goals into multi-format content calendars and asset plans.•Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture messaging priorities and creative direction.•Identify reuse opportunities and maintain governed taxonomy for content assets.•Review and refine first drafts for clarity, tone, and narrative alignment with firm branding and campaign intent.•Guide the design process—ensuring visual decisions enhance storytelling (layouts, infographics, iconography).•Partner with designers and writers to create compelling storyboards, win themes, and proposal content.•Conduct peer reviews, QA checks, and ensure timely delivery of all assets with minimal rework.•Manage stakeholder communications (status updates, reviews, Teams stand-ups, and page turns).•Develop and maintain reusable templates, workflows, and component libraries to accelerate delivery.•Campaign planning (content calendars, asset lists, visual concepts; scope, milestones, QA gates).•Interpret content briefs and translate campaign goals into multi-format content calendars and asset plans.•Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture messaging priorities and creative direction.•Identify reuse opportunities and maintain governed taxonomy for content assets.•Review and refine first drafts for clarity, tone, and narrative alignment with firm branding and campaign intent.•Guide the design process—ensuring visual decisions enhance storytelling (layouts, infographics, iconography).•Partner with designers and writers to create compelling storyboards, win themes, and proposal content.•Conduct peer reviews, QA checks, and ensure timely delivery of all assets with minimal rework.•Manage stakeholder communications (status updates, reviews, Teams stand-ups, and page turns).•Develop and maintain reusable templates, workflows, and component libraries to accelerate delivery.•6–9 years in professional services marketing, content, or design roles; minimum 2 years managing small teams or leading content deliveries.•Copywriting, campaign messaging, and narrative structuring.•Visual and information design aligned with firm templates and brand systems.•Managing content repositories, taxonomy, and metadata governance.•Strong stakeholder management across Singapore teams.•Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.•Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma.•Familiarity with content management platforms and generative AI tools (for ideation and first drafts with human QA).•Strong communication, editorial judgment, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.•Structured planner with ability to manage shifting priorities and mentor a creative team.
