we are looking for 3- 5 Years Site Reliability Engineer  (SRE + Devops)

Requirements / Qualifications 

3-5 years’ experience in AWS with specific knowledge of EC2, ASG, S3, RDS.
3+ years’ experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform and Cloud Formation.
3+ years’ experience of infrastructure configuration such as Chef.
Hands on expertise on GIT, branching models, and merge strategies.
Expertise in PowerShell/PowerShell Core for automation.

Qualification:

B.Tech (Computer Science) / MCA

Nice to have: 

AWS experience with ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Lamba

Shift Timings :UK shift 1PM - 10 PM IST

Roles & Responsibilities:  

This is a hands-on Lead role, split between SRE and DevOps.
The SRE work focuses on the “support” side of our products, ensuring the services are available and running. In addition, it entails work to keep the platform stable as change, upgrades, and new functionality is rolled out.
The DevOps work focuses on the “change”, bringing new technology, automation, or products to platform.
Within SRE:
Proactively identify operational, performance, security and availability constraints and bottlenecks, outlining opportunities for further improvement.
Work closely with other engineering teams, supporting onboarding and advocating for best practices, assist debugging platform outages and devising improvement actions.
Support the application teams with high availability and reliability, participating in 24x7 on-call production support.
Within DevOps:
Manage/maintain CI pipelines within Gitlab and integrate new functionality to move towards CD.
Manage/maintain deployments to AWS through Jenkins.
Manage/maintain all infrastructure through code.
Work with other engineering teams to design, build and support platform implementations using AWS and other cloud technologies.
Lead the DevOps / SRE team and be responsible for end-to-end delivery from India
Define goals and strategies for the team
