Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong technical

foundation and a proven track record of independently delivering software solutions. This

is a contractor role for a self-driven individual who can take full ownership of the software

development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deployment and monitoring.

 

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Solution Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for web-based applications.

Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack.

DevOps & Deployment: Containerization, and deployment strategies using Docker and Linux-based environments. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Backend: Proficient in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and Java (Spring Boot).

Frontend: Strong experience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Database: Expertise in MongoDB and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

DevOps: Proficient in Linux, Docker, shell scripting.

Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.

Experience with microservices architecture.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: - Academic: BE / BTECH (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA / MCA Or Other Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Computing / IT preferred - Functional Domain: Healthcare IT / IT Services Delivery domain. - Experience: Relevant years of experience in similar role. - Communication skills: Have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. - Personality: Good time-management skills. - Team player: Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements. - Be efficient in finding strategies to streamline efforts and successfully complete tasks on time.
