As a Software Engineering Manager,  you will be responsible for:

• Leading product development team for software, building continuous improvement culture driving reduction in cycle time (Agile Mindset) and cost (remove waste, standardize practices) with highest quality.
• Technical architecture, systems design, and meticulous code review processes.
• Leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in building and retaining talent, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Building differentiated capabilities (now and future) and capacity (aligned to long term global strategic framework and annual plans). Leverage local eco-system for speed and complimenting capabilities (universities, suppliers, startups)
• Working  with architects on proof of concepts and technology evaluations

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering
• Have a minimum 12 years in software , with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Have a working experience in product development (full life cycle – from concept to launch to field support) and understanding of development process ,tools and Agile methodologies
• Have a hands-on experience in design & development of building enterprise software (C#, WPF)
• Have a technical proficiency with contemporary programming languages and cutting-edge frameworks.
• Have an excellence in strategic thinking and driving innovation
• Have a strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Have an experience is x-ray Imaging is a plus
