About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on 3D Motion Designer to support Marketing with premium product visualization. Your core output is high-quality still images for campaigns, launches, sales kits, and brand materials, with the ability to extend key visuals into short 3D motion pieces when needed.

You will create polished renders, lighting and materials, simple environments, and product-focused animations. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand/Comms, and Design partners to translate briefs into clear, high-impact visuals, delivered fast and consistently.

What You Will Do

• Create premium 3D still renders for marketing: key visuals, product beauty shots, feature callouts, and lifestyle-style compositions
• Produce short 3D animations: logo/product reveals, turntables, feature highlights, loopable social clips, and event screen content
• Build and maintain reusable scene setups: lighting rigs, materials, render templates, camera libraries, and look presets
• Translate marketing briefs into visuals: composition, storytelling, hierarchy, and brand alignment
• Prepare assets for multi-channel output: web, social, print, presentations, event screens
• Ensure clean asset organization and handoff: naming, versions, source files, render outputs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, incorporate feedback efficiently, and manage multiple requests in parallel

What You Need to Be Successful

• 3+ years experience in 3D product visualization and/or 3D motion design for marketing
• Strong lighting, shading/materials, composition, and camera work (product beauty and premium look)
• Proficiency in at least one 3D DCC: Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya / 3ds Max
• Strong rendering workflow experience (e.g., Redshift / Octane / Arnold or equivalent)
• Solid motion fundamentals: timing, easing, rhythm, cinematic framing
• Comfortable with post-production: After Effects (and/or Premiere) for finishing, comp, and delivery
• Reliable production habits: file hygiene, deadlines, iterative feedback, consistency across a campaign

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with automotive or consumer electronics marketing visuals
• Familiarity with CAD import/cleanup and product pipelines (STEP/IGES, mesh optimization)
• Knowledge of Substance 3D tools (Painter/Designer) for materials
• Experience with brand systems and creating visual templates for scalable marketing output
• Basic real-time skills (Unity/Unreal) for fast lookdev or event content
• Portfolio showing marketing-ready still renders plus a few short animations
• Comfortable collaborating with Marketing stakeholders and handling fast iteration cycles
