Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management
Role Summary
The Copilot Deployment SME is accountable for the secure compliant and scalable rollout of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise This role owns deployment strategy governance adoption and operational readiness ensuring Copilot Power Platform automation and analytics deliver measurable business value while meeting security and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities
Copilot Deployment Governance
Lead endtoend deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
Define and execute enterprise rollout strategy pilot scale
Establish Copilot governance access controls and environment strategy
Ensure alignment with security compliance and Responsible AI policies
Power Platform Enablement
Govern and enable Power Automate for Copilottriggered workflows approvals and integrations
Oversee enterprise usage of Power BI for
Copilot adoption and usage analytics
Productivity value realization and risk monitoring
Ensure consistency with Power Platform ALM DLP and connector governance
Security Compliance Risk
Partner with Security and Compliance teams to enforce
Microsoft Purview DLP sensitivity labels
Data access boundaries and identity controls
Identify and mitigate data exposure and GenAI risk
Act as final approver for Copilot deployment readiness
Adoption Operations
Drive Copilot adoption strategy user enablement and success metrics
Act as escalation point for production issues and platform risks
Provide clear leadership reporting on deployment status and outcomes
Required Skills Experience
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
Practical knowledge of Power Platform especially
Power Automate governance monitoring automation patterns
Power BI adoption metrics dashboards workspace governance
Deep understanding of
Microsoft 365 architecture
Identity access and permissions model
Enterprise governance and compliance
510 years experience in Microsoft 365 Power Platform or Enterprise Collaboration platforms
