Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management

Roles Responsibility

Platform Administration Install configure and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGates across hybridcloud AWS Azure GCP and containerized Kubernetes OpenShift environments

Observability Strategy Implement endtoend monitoring including Application Performance Monitoring APMReal User Monitoring RUM and synthetic monitoring

Dashboarding ing Create and maintain advanced dashboardsManagement Zones and ing profiles for actionable insights

Troubleshooting Performance Use Davis AI to analyze metrics logs and traces for root cause analysis and collaborate with teams to resolve performance bottlenecks

Automation Utilize Dynatrace APIsMonaco or Terraform to automate configuration tagging and deployment

Technical skills

Experience 4 to 10 years of experience in IT with 25 years specifically in Dynatrace APMObservability

Technical Skills Deep knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP KubernetesDocker and LinuxWindows systems

ScriptingAutomation Proficiency in Python Bash PowerShell or YAML

Observability Knowledge Solid understanding of the four pillarsmetrics logs traces and events

Certifications Dynatrace Certified Associate or Professional is desirable
