QA Automation Engineer Selenium Playwright Python

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer 56 years to design build and maintain test automation for web and API layers using Selenium Playwright and Python You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an agile environment to drive quality accelerate releases and improve reliability

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks Python pytestpytestbddbehave using Page Object Model and BDDTDD practices

Develop and maintain UI automation suites using Selenium WebDriver Python and Playwright Python or JavaScript

Build and execute API automation for RESTSOAP services using Python requestspytest PostmanSwagger contribute to contract and integration testing

Create clear test plans test cases and traceability to requirements perform functional integration regression system and E2E testing

Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines JenkinsAzure DevOpsGitHub Actions and manage version control in GitBitbucket

Analyze test failures triage defects and drive root cause analysis log track and report defects in JiraHP ALMAzure DevOps

Partner with developers BAs and DevOps on environment readiness test data management and release gate criteria

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and quality metrics

Functional Testing experience

MustHave Skills

58 years of QA automation with strong Python scripting

Handson Selenium and Playwright automation for web apps

Framework design experience

Solid understanding of software QA methodologies SDLCSTLC and AgileScrum

API testing and automation experience working knowledge of PostmanSwagger

CICD experience with Jenkins and Git branchingmerging practices

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills attention to detail excellent communication
