Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic DevOps Engineer to drive platform engineering automation GitHub Enterprise administration Azure DevOps modernization and AIpowered DevOps initiatives The ideal candidate will independently own complex platform outcomes design intelligent automation solutions lead Azure DevOpstoGitHub migrations and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve software delivery efficiency security governance and developer productivity
This is a handson engineering role requiring strong technical depth problemsolving capability and the ability to deliver outcomes with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Azure DevOps platforms
Design and develop agentic automation solutions to reduce manual operational effort
Lead endtoend Azure DevOps to GitHub migration initiatives
Build reusable automation runbooks and platform workflows
Develop Proof of Concepts PoCs for emerging DevOps and AIdriven engineering capabilities
Drive stakeholder discussions and convert requirements into actionable delivery plans
Implement repository governance security controls and enterprise standards
Troubleshoot production issues and implement durable fixes
Create technical documentation migration guides and operational runbooks
Contribute to platform modernization and developer experience improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
8 years in DevOps Platform Engineering or Cloud Engineering
3 years administering GitHub Enterprise at enterpriseorganization level
Strong handson Azure DevOps experience
Demonstrated experience executing largescale repository and CICD migrations
Strong automationfirst mindset
Proven ability to independently lead technical initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in global enterprise environments
