Sr. Associate II, SAP Sales & Distribution

Summary of Position:

Sr. Associate II, ERP Business Analysis is primarily responsible for working on delivering SAP SD solutions, engaging with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into effective technical designs. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Specifics include:

• Lead and contribute to SAP SD functional analysis, design, and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP SD solutions aligned with best practices.
• Drive end-to-end delivery while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical and integration teams.
• Provide support for system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP SD module
Experienced in all SD aspects, including defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Pre-Sales, Sales Order processing.
• Sales Documents: Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Sales Documents, Schedule Line, Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements
• Pricing: Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record Order Management: Creation of Sales documents - Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order (standard order, rush order, cash sales,
service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing
• Credit memo, Debit memo; Configuration and implementation of SAP LE process, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads.
• Interfaces: Should have hands on in interface in different system like SAP to SAP and SAP to Non-SAP
• IDOC: Should have good work experience in handling IDOC issues.
• Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions.
• Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• 4-6 Years of SAP SD experience resulting in Strong understanding of SAP SD module functionalities, including but not limited to sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.
• Flexibility in accommodating to work according to project deadlines and client needs.
• Strong communication/inter-personal skills for collaborative interaction with business users & cross-functional/technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables according to the time-lines.

Additional Job Description

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
