Sr. Manager, Icertis CLM Platform & Integrations Lead (Sell‑Side & Buy‑Side)

Summary of Position:

The Sr. Manager, Business Technology Partner (Management Path), is primarily responsible for leading technology projects and ensuring IT solutions align with business needs. You will lead technology teams, prioritize projects, and ensure successful IT service delivery.

Specifics include:
• Manage and lead technology projects that drive business efficiency and success
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions meet organizational goals and align with business needs
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technology team for successful project execution, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements
• Assist in developing business technology strategies that align with broader business goals and strategic business priorities
• Make operational decisions on project execution, resource allocation, and team management to directly impact the execution of business technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for end‑to‑end operational performance of the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform across Sell‑Side and Buy‑Side contracting. Provides matrix leadership to a global, cross‑functional team to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement, integration reliability, vendor performance, and service delivery outcomes aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities/Minimum Qualifications:

Platform & Service Ownership

• Owns production stability, availability, and performance of the Icertis CLM platform
• Ensures adherence to defined SLAs through L3 incident, problem, and service request management
• Leads major incident response, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Accountable for service quality, operational risk management, and continuous improvement

Matrix Team Leadership

• Provides matrix leadership to a globally distributed team supporting Sell‑Side and Buy‑Side Icertis operations
• Sets priorities, directs execution, and aligns cross‑functional resources to deliver agreed service outcomes
• Leads service governance forums, incident reviews, defect triage, and release readiness activities
• Provides structured performance input and feedback to solid‑line managers to support development and evaluation

Integration & Ecosystem Ownership

• Owns IT integration outcomes across the CPQ–Icertis ecosystem, including SAP and upstream/downstream commercial systems
• Partners with Architecture and Integration teams to design, deliver, and operate scalable interfaces
• Ensures data integrity and process continuity across Quote‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes

Vendor & Governance Management

• Acts as primary IT point of accountability for the Icertis vendor
• Oversees defect remediation, release validation, and vendor performance management
• Ensures changes are delivered through governed change and release processes

Scope & Impact

• Global responsibility for a business‑critical enterprise application
• Direct impact on contracting compliance, revenue enablement, supplier governance, and operational stability
• Accountability for outcomes delivered through matrixed teams rather than direct reporting lines

People Leadership Model

• Leadership Type: Matrix / Team Leadership
• Direct Reports: Not required
• Leadership Accountability: Work prioritization, delivery outcomes, service performance, and performance input.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
