As Sr. Product Manager, you will own the lifecycle of the IW platform and iApps across launched Image Guided Therapy products. You will drive MLD updates, manage compatibility and obsolescence, and ensure alignment with PDLM processes and business priorities, enabling our customers to deliver the best possible patient care at optimal economic value while performing minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures.
Your Role:
- Ensure product requirements and changes are executed with high quality through PDLM processes.
- Co-steer the development and delivery of new propositions in cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders, target markets, and internal stakeholders (esp. Executives, Marcom, Customer Service, Clinical Specialist, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D)
- Define the launch strategy and drive the global execution in collaboration with the local markets.
- Partner with other global product managers and execute a successful launch of iApps PDLM
- Drive Modify Launched Design (MLD) updates and manage compatibility across the platform.
- Manage and prioritize incoming Requests for Support (RfS) for IW and iApps.
- Work closely with R&D, Architecture, Service, Clinical, RA, and market teams to prioritize work.
- Align roadmap priorities with program increments and PDLM development cycles.
- Manage field escalations from markets, service, and clinical teams.
- Monitor product quality and field performance using the IW/iApps quality dashboard.
- Identify reliability issues and drive actions to improve product robustness.
- Monitor product adoption, usage, and attachment rates in the field.
- Track lifecycle performance and cost of the platform.
- Drive initiatives to improve serviceability, maintainability, and long-term platform sustainability.
You are fit if:
- Master’s degree in marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record.
- At least 5 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management; ideally in a high-tech environment.
- Mandatory knowledge of Image Guided Therapy is a definite plus.
- Expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and product/service development.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills; ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and experience with Value Proposition development
- Ability to guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product; broad interests that allow you to interact with various disciplines; inspire and motivate others.
- Affinity with medical technologies and the interfaces between these technologies
- Experience with various aspects of Healthcare marketing -both strategic and tactical- to ensure the successful launch of our proposition (s) in the market
- Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments, and build and maintain extensive networks
- Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders in the organization, as well as with business partners and customers.
- Independent and self-starting
- Solid spoken and written English skills
You are a part of cardiovascular system is the core of what we sell in Image Guided Therapy – Systems (IGT-S). The IGT-S organization is responsible for global marketing, development and manufacturing of image guidance solutions in the area of cardiac or vascular medical diagnosis and intervention (e.g. balloon angioplasty and stent procedures). You will be part of the marketing team that is focusing on both upstream and downstream marketing deliverables, including new product development and Go To Market strategies. IGT-S is the global market leader and in the heart of Philips Healthcare. This position is based in Bangalore and you will report to the Director Product Management.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office-based role.
