Skills and Qualifications:
KEY SKILLS:
Selenium Java, Web API testing, Database testing, JMeter OR knowledge on performance testing.
JD:-
- Functional understanding of Banking (Retail, Commercial etc)
- Must know how to write test plan and test strategy
- Must have hands on knowledge in running test cases manually or using automation tool like Selenium
- Must know the test life cycle and defect life cycle
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with geographically dispersed teams
- Must be able to handle difficult discussions with clients
- Must be able to lead team
- Must be able to translate client needs to effective code and in alignment with the solution design
