Role and Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily transactions and meet the monthly targets
- Report monitoring trends and deviations to the management
- Make recommendations for process quality improvements
- One on one coaching of agents
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects & identify corrective measures
- Perform Training need identification
- Evaluate Customer Interactions
- Participate in internal/external calibrations
