PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute workload across business functions of work order management, order processing, vendor payment and support to ensure a positive experience to the guest as they shop at Target.
- Accountable to deliver to assigned process with accuracy and timeliness.
- Deliver to timely update to process documentations to support measurement and effective operations of the team
- Works closely with the Lead Specialist and Analysts to ensure completion, escalation and timely risk identification to ensure no impact to business
- Proactively leads conversations on workload concerns, training needs and business nuances to the team.
- Participate in business meetings, be curious and seek to build subject matter expertise for allocated business.
- Ability to deliver and manage Medium-Low complex projects by meeting set expectations.
- In partnership with Manager, drive continuous process improvements by leveraging technology and implementing new ideas resulting in significant financial/time impact.
- Strong analytical, reasoning and organizational skills. Provide necessary business insights to set processes.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to maximize relationships, team player.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in Finance/Commerce or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in similar field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products/ Smartsheet (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to read and analyze process data
- Effectively manages work with global partners if needed
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented & demonstrates organizational & analytical skills
- Strong sense of urgency and demonstrates initiative and follows thru
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms/applications as required by business.
- Positive attitude and the ability to effectively work as one team.
