Role Overview
The Agentforce QA will be responsible for validating AI-driven workflows, testing agent responses, and ensuring output accuracy, stability, and compliance across releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute AI-specific test scenarios
- Validate agent outputs against expected behavior
- Conduct regression testing across personas
- Test AI grounding accuracy and data responses
- Validate guardrails and compliance constraints
- Log and track defects through resolution
- Support UAT cycles
Required Skills
- Experience testing Salesforce implementations
- Exposure to Agentforce / AI-based workflows
- Strong understanding of test case design
- Experience with JIRA / test management tools
- Ability to test edge cases and AI output variability
Preferred
- Experience in AI response validation frameworks
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance testing
- Experience with automation testing tools
