Manages technical elements while maintaining performance and schedule and contributes to technical function initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Contributing to department-level technology and product decisions and technical function initiatives in the organization.
• Understanding competitive products and IP positions for internal analysis.
• Training, coaching and supporting more junior software engineers in the department or the business unit.
• Managing technical domain of single or multiple strategic development projects from the first idea to final products.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
