Staff Software Engineer I
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale solutions using .NET, Azure, and Microservices architecture. You will own end-to-end delivery for key products or programs, driving technical strategy, architecture, and execution.
In this role, you will solve ambiguous, high-impact problems, define design approaches, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals. You will lead multiple cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish best practices in coding, design patterns, and system design. Additionally, you will drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Generative AI, while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
You will play a key role in project planning, estimation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, while maintaining ownership of product vision, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes.
About You:
You are a seasoned software engineer with 8+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications using .NET, Azure cloud services, AI and microservices architecture. You have deep expertise in system design, SOLID principles, and design patterns, along with a strong track record of delivering complex solutions.
You excel at problem-solving in ambiguous environments, breaking down large initiatives into actionable plans, and leading teams toward successful execution. You have mentoring experience and a collaborative leadership style, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving technical excellence.
You possess strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and identify opportunities for innovation. Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is highly desirable.
You are proactive, strategic, and passionate about continuous learning, engineering excellence, and delivering impactful results at scale.
