Job Overview

Roles & Responsibility:

Transformation Project Support and MOC: Represent and support TE Global transformation projects including and not limited to Project Evolve, Supply On and related projects. Planning the participation of teams in testing, getting inclusion from production teams and executing tests in possible and predictive scenarios.

Vendor Master Data Management

• Create and maintain vendor master records in SAP MDG/SAP S4 HANA.
• Process vendor creation, modification, extension, and blocking/deactivation requests.
• Validate vendor information for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure duplicate vendor prevention and perform duplicate checks.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Vendor master data relating reporting as MIS. For Analyzing trends, preparing KPI reports and assisting the team for workflow management.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Support audits and reviews of procurement processes and documentation. Coordinate with suppliers to meet global compliance standards such as RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and low-halogen requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, Procurement Finance, supply chain, or a related field (internship experience accepted).
• Work experience in MDG & SAP MM
• Prior experience of being involved in a transformation project in Procurement is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with procurement best practices and industry trends.
• Proficiency in SAP MM
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
