Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our company. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the industry, relevant technologies, and possess excellent communication skills.
Roles And Responsibility:
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Queries will get from email.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Maintain the discipline of the team in terms of Login/Logout and Breaks.
- Auditing the calls of the teammates and looking for areas of improvement on calls.
- Giving the training to the new joiners as well as to the team in case it is required.
- Should have Excel knowledge.
- Make sure that the team is giving the detailed information to the customers as per the guidelines given to them.
