Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our company. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the industry, relevant technologies, and possess excellent communication skills.

Roles And Responsibility:  

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. 
• Queries will get from email. 
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 
• Take the extra mile to engage customers. 
• Maintain the discipline of the team in terms of Login/Logout and Breaks. 
• Auditing the calls of the teammates and looking for areas of improvement on calls.  
• Giving the training to the new joiners as well as to the team in case it is required.  
• Should have Excel knowledge. 
• Make sure that the team is giving the detailed information to the customers as per the guidelines given to them.
