Job Overview

Drives end-to-end supply chain management and manages the flow of goods and resources to ensure critical processes run effectively to achieve organizational goals and key performance indicators.

Job Requirements

  • Monitoring and reporting on supply chain KPIs, driving actions to close gaps, and supporting continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
  • Managing and controlling inventory accuracy and levels, arranging and supervising all on-site logistics coordinators on their workload to meet daily business requirements.
  • Identifying and leading strategic projects related to supply chain optimization and footprint moves and developing site deployment plans consistent with business unit/region strategic and operational planning.
  • Collaborating with the plant operations, analyzing and recommending long-range capacity solutions to proactively satisfy potential supply constraints before they impact the plant and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Execute on the AI, automation, and digital transformation roadmap for Planning and S&OP, aligned to Automotive Supply Chain priorities and TE standards.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact use cases across demand planning, supply planning, inventory, capacity, and executive S&OP processes.
  • Act as the primary techno-functional interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business pain points into clear requirements, use cases, and success criteria.
  • Build, coordinate, and evaluate prototypes and proof-of-concepts with technical teams to validate feasibility, business value, scalability, and user adoption before full deployment.
  • Lead end-to-end program and project management for AI and automation initiatives, including scope definition, governance, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, dependency management, and value realization.
  • Provide strong functional expertise in S&OP, IBP, APO PPDS, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and capacity/constraint management.
  • Partner with ADITRAC, Business Analytics, TEIS, and external vendors to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, business requirements are translated into technical specs, integrated with SAP planning landscapes such as IBP/APO/S4, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Analyze current planning processes, data flows, and manual interventions using process and analytics tools to identify automation and simplification opportunities.
  • Drive business case development and roadmap sequencing, including expected benefits in service, inventory, productivity, decision speed, and planning effectiveness.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across global teams and time zones to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful delivery of transformation programs.
  • Drive change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to embed new digital capabilities into business processes and ways of working.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, updates, and recommendations for senior leadership and steering forums.
  • Stay current on emerging AI, automation, and analytics capabilities and assess their relevance for TE planning and S&OP transformation.

Desired Candidate

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  •  10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, IBP, or related transformation roles within a global manufacturing environment.
  •   Strong experience leading cross-functional AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation programs from idea through deployment and value capture.
  •   Demonstrated success working in a techno-functional role that bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  •   Good working knowledge of SAP planning solutions such as IBP, APO, and related planning processes.
  •   Experience supporting initiatives involving AI/ML, RPA, Python, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar technologies; hands-on development expertise is not required, but the ability to shape and validate use cases is      essential.
  • Experience with data engineering and analytics environments such as ETL pipelines, Azure Data Warehouse, Databricks, or similar platforms is preferred.
  •   Proven track record of delivering complex projects with measurable business impact and strong stakeholder adoption.
  •   Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  •  Strong executive presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convert complex topics into clear business recommendations.
  •  Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, balanced with disciplined execution.
  •  Strong program and project management skills, including governance, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.  Very good knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and S&OP processes.
  •  Strong understanding of analytics processes, data governance principles, and digital transformation enablers.  Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across cultures, functions, and global teams.
  •   High degree of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset.
