Roles & responsibilities

•Lead the evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of General IT Controls (GITCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs) relevant to the client’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting, across complex IT environments and system landscapes.•Independently interact with clients to understand IT environments, risks, and control frameworks, and take ownership of assigned audit areas from planning through reporting.•Plan and perform audit procedures across multiple platforms, including ERP suites, Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle, DB2, and SQL databases.•Identify control gaps, assess their impact, and clearly communicate audit findings, root causes, and remediation recommendations to internal stakeholders.•Assess IT related risks across a wide range of business processes, including access management, change management, and IT operations.•Manage day to day engagement execution, including coordinating junior team members and ensuring timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Maintain regular dialogue with audit teams and client management to manage expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Educational qualifications

•BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSC-IT/MBA/ CA•Certifications – CISA cleared/certified preferred

Work experience

•2–3 years of relevant professional experience in IT audit, IT risk, or assurance, ideally within a Big 4 or comparable environment.•Proven ability to work independently and lead workstreams.•Experience working with cross border teams and complex stakeholder environments.•Strong verbal and written communication skills.•Good interpersonal skills and a professional approach to client interactions.
