We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist - EPM & Endpoint to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title

Systems Engineering Specialist – MDM & Endpoint (Grade 8)

 

Experience

7–10 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management services.

 

Role Overview

This role provides advanced operational support and implementation capability for MDM and Endpoint environments, with responsibility for L2/L3 support and project execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

MDM & Endpoint Management

•           Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint services using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools.

•           Manage and support devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms.

•           Support MEM, MAM, MCM policies, device enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.

 

Operations & Support

•           Provide L1/L2/L3 support based on role scope for endpoint and mobility services.

•           Troubleshoot device, application, and policy-related issues.

•           Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

 

Implementation & Projects

•           Support endpoint deployments, upgrades, and onboarding activities.

•           Execute tasks related to Windows 10/11 upgrades, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.

•           Assist with automation, documentation, and reporting activities.

 

Collaboration & Documentation

•           Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams.

•           Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

•           Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

 

Required Skills

•           Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager / Manage Engine / Ivanti

•           Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, macOS

•           Basic PowerShell scripting

•           Understanding of ITIL processes

•           Strong communication skills
