Team Leader Quality
- Lead and manage quality assurance activities within the team to ensure product and process standards are met. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality benchmarks and resolve quality-related issues. - Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies and regulatory requirements. - Facilitate training and development of team members to enhance quality awareness and skills. - Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations. - Maintain documentation and reporting related to quality metrics and audits. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals.Job role
