Job Description

Team Member - Branch Facilities - CREM-SUPPORT SERVICES-Corporate Real Estate Management(CREM)

Team management, Vendor management, Communication skills, Problem solving , Office Administration , Multiple locations administrations, MIS management

 

·         Create and maintain a workplace environment that maximize efficiency and productivity for employees

·         Implement best practices in facilities management to optimize space utilization and work flow

·         Foster a positive workplace experience that supports employee wellbeing and engagement

·         Ensure that the workplace adhere to all health ,safety and environment regulations

·         Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards

·         Oversee the facilities security systems , including surveillance cameras ,access control, and alarm systems 

·         Oversee the maintenance and up keep of all facility systems ( HVAC,Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry ,Civil and Interiors )

·         Co-Ordinate routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs

·         Ensure facilities are clean , Safe, and operational at all times

·         Manage and track facility related work orders and maintenance requests

·         Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers

·         Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements

·         Evaluate vendor performance and handle issue resolution

·         Develop and manage the facility maintenance budget 

·         Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings improvements

·         Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance and eco-friendly initiatives

·         Communicate facility related updates, issues and improvement to management and other stake holders

·         Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance ,maintenance issues and budget tracking
