JOB PURPOSE:

JOB PURPOSE:

· To manage customer interactions centrally received at the branches in coordination with the Registrars and various internal / External vendors

JOB ROLE :

· To manager customer interactions received by way of Calls, Walkins, Emails etc., as per the laid down SOP’s and within the regulatory framework

· To manager investor /distributor relation at the branch level, create value for internal and external stakeholders.

· Efficient and Error free transaction acceptance, ensuring no deviation in KYC acceptance and processing

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

· Graduate/ Post Graduate with 2 -3 years of related experience.

· NISM Certification is mandatory
