- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
