Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their growth and contribution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Data Services Development.
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and migration processes using SAP Data Services.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data workflows and ETL solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize performance within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with data quality management and validation techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
