Technical Architect - Network operations (F5, Firewall, Routing & Switching)
We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect with experience in the network domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and troubleshooting F5 load balancers, Cloudflare WAF, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, VPN gateway solutions, and Routing & routing and switching. Proficiency in Azure technologies, including VWAN, Secure VWAN hub, Virtual Networks, NSG, ASG, and NAT Gateways, is essential.
This role requires managing critical network incidents, working on service requests for prompt resolution, and conducting comprehensive root cause analyses to implement corrective and preventive measures. As a member of the Operations team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents, resolve design flaws, support feature enhancements, and engage in BAU project activities.
Your responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting the Blue Yonder cloud network environment, with a focus on F5-LTM and firewall technologies across both private and public datacenters. You will also lead technical discussions during Major Incident Management (MIM) to swiftly identify root causes and restore services.
Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for success in this role.
