Life on the team

Computacenter GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced SAP Professionals, to bring maturity to their existing operational approach.  The ideal candidate will have broad experience in SAP FICO and can create a plan to deliver improvements then execute against the plan. Good communication skills and relationship building will enable the candidate to excel at the role, build a culture of strong team and advance their career within Computacenter.

What you'll do 

• Lead and manage SAP FICO projects from initiation to post-implementation support, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Designs, creates, and modifies programs in accordance with defined specifications and plans.
• Plans, develops, and executes tests; resolves errors and re-runs tests to ensure error-free results.
• Documents all work steps in line with applicable standards.
• Performs load testing together with other parties and predefined specifications.
• Can edit and apply technical information when required.
• Regularly reviews complex programs and program changes based on defined specifications and applies agreed standards and tools to ensure mature results.
• Actively participates in reviewing own work.
• Works in a supervised environment and is subject to regular reviews.
• Operates largely independently within own areas of responsibility.

What you'll need 

• Work Experience should be between 10-15 years
• Strong understanding of business processes.
• Solid knowledge of the functionality of multiple, heterogeneous systems, from both an end-user and system configuration/administration perspective.
• Good knowledge in FI Business Processes
• Ability to understand, evaluate, and document system configuration requirements clearly.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); understanding of the underlying system infrastructure.
• Good knowledge and practical experience of object-oriented programming principles.
• Good Knowledge of fundamental software development methodologies.
• Applies both methodological and analytical approaches to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language useful in SAP context (ABAP OO, UI5.).
• Experience with methods and procedures for planning, creating, and executing tests for program components and assemblies.
• Business English in written and verbal
