Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment and systems within our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Minimum 8+ years of lab experience
• Experience in Inventory Maintenance.
• Basic understanding of the lab equipment's like thermal chamber and oscilloscope
• Should be able to Interpret Schematic Diagrams
• Experience in Setting up Lab Experiment Set Ups.
• Experience in Lab Set Up.
• Experience in Computer/Server Assembly & OS Installation & Configuration.
• Excellent communication skills required
• Support in day-to-day lab activities.
• Perform and supervise various laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments
• Manage lab inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
• Implement and enforce lab safety protocols and quality control procedures
• Analyze and interpret data, preparing comprehensive reports on findings
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and lab activities
• Participate in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures
• Manage lab schedules and coordinate projects to meet deadlines efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, ITI/Diploma
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a laboratory setting
• Excellent knowledge of lab safety protocols and quality control procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in the field
