Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves engaging with learners to enhance their technological capabilities and ensure their skills remain aligned with current industry demands. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive foundational training across various technology domains, professional growth, and industry-relevant topics. The Technology Educator also dedicates time to developing course materials and designing assessment questions that support certification processes. Collaboration with peers to refine educational content and methodologies is an integral part of the daily routine, fostering an environment of continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of training programs by incorporating feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate their growth within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and experience in writing efficient and optimized queries.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues.
- Experience in developing and maintaining stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for database operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
