Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product needs. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain and enhance the platform infrastructure, supporting the overall technology ecosystem effectively and reliably.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in platform engineering to optimize cloud environment performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and environment provisioning.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for environment configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of platform security and compliance standards.
