Responsibilities:

• Call truck drivers and assist them with GPS tracking data
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Handle real-time issue resolution related to tracking

Requirements:

• Excellent Hindi-speaking skills (must be fluent)
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Comfortable with making multiple calls and managing logistics data 
• Advanced Excel Skills
