Responsibilities:
- Call truck drivers and assist them with GPS tracking data
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Handle real-time issue resolution related to tracking
- Excellent Hindi-speaking skills (must be fluent)
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Comfortable with making multiple calls and managing logistics data
- Advanced Excel Skills
