Could you be the full-time Train Control Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and resilient teammates.
You'll lead the TC&IS development, ensuring all engineering outputs are delivered with precision and quality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (System Engineering, Manufacturing, Commissioning), manage design planning and Design/Verification reviews, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of validating the TC&IS Development Plan, managing the quality across various domains of your project, and ensuring the standardization and maximization of carry over with previous projects. Additionally, you will support industrial and manufacturing areas during the First Train Assembly and assist the Commissioning and Validation area during First Train tests.
We’ll look to you for:
- Validating the TC&IS Development, Configuration, Validation and Management Plan application.
- Achieving the specified software quality requirements detailed in System Engineering and TCMS Software Quality Plan.
- Ensuring quality across all domains of your project (Schematic, Apparatus, Software…).
- Managing the design planning and the achievement of the Design/Verification reviews in all steps of the Design For Quality cycle.
- Delivering all TC & IS Engineering outputs in compliance with the Engineering Quality Cost Delay commitments.
- Managing interfaces and ensuring follow-up of sub-systems.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 12- 15 years of experience.
- Experience or understanding of Train Control and Information Systems.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance and system engineering principles.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and product definitions.
- A PMP or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
