Job Title: Unica Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unica Developer to join our marketing technology team. The Unica Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and automation processes using IBM Unica Suite. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams to translate their requirements into effective campaigns and ensuring the smooth operation of the Unica platform.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Design, build, and deploy marketing campaigns within IBM Unica Campaign or other Unica modules.

Customization: Develop custom scripts and code as needed to extend the functionality of Unica and meet specific campaign requirements.

Data Integration: Integrate Unica with various data sources and databases to collect and manage customer data effectively.

Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and tracking campaign performance.

Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign results, and optimize campaigns for improved performance and customer engagement.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaigns, workflows, and custom code for future reference and auditing.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Unica-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to marketing operations.

Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand campaign goals and objectives, translating them into technical requirements.

Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in marketing automation and campaign management, suggesting and implementing improvements accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Unica Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in IBM Unica Suite, including Unica Campaign, Unica Interact, and Unica Optimize.

Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and JSP (JavaServer Pages) for customization.

Experience with data integration and ETL processes.

Familiarity with SQL for database querying and manipulation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Relevant IBM Unica certifications are a plus.
