Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated V&V Engineer to join our team in Bangalore (India). As a V&V, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products through comprehensive testing and defect identification. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required competencies/skills
Experience- 4yrs-7yrs
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and best practices
- Hands-on experience in test automation using QF-Test and Vivaldi, with solid proficiency in Linux
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and executing them manually or through automated testing tools
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues effectively
- Experience in System Engineering tools e.g. DOORs, Jira
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience in working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
