Inviting applications for the role of Vice President -Engineering Services & Supply Chain
The Engagement Manager will serve as the primary onsite interface between the client and the Engineering Services delivery organization. This role is accountable for end-to-end engagement governance, delivery excellence, financial performance, and relationship management, while identifying opportunities for account growth and value creation.
Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
•    Act as the single point of contact for senior client stakeholders at the onsite location.
•    Build and sustain trusted relationships with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program leadership
•    Represent client expectations internally and ensure alignment across offshore and nearshore teams
Growth & Value Creation
•    Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-service adoption, and transformation initiatives
•    Support solution shaping, proposal development, and value articulation
•    Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digital/AI-led engineering interventions
Delivery & Program Management
•    Own end-to-end delivery governance across engineering services programs (product design, development, validation, PLM, quality, manufacturing engineering, etc.)
•    Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and SLAs
•    Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans
•    Lead program reviews, SteerCo updates, and executive communications
Financial & Commercial Ownership
•    Own engagement P&L, including revenue, margin, and cost management
•    Track and manage billing, forecast, rate cards, change requests, and scope expansions
•    Support commercial discussions including renewals, pricing adjustments, and outcome-based models
Team Leadership & Governance
•    Provide onsite leadership to cross-functional engineering teams
•    Drive performance management, utilization, and capability alignment
•    Work closely with offshore delivery leaders to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Strong experience in Engineering Services / ER&D delivery
•    Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-year client engagements
•    Deep understanding of engineering lifecycle processes (design, validation, PLM, quality, manufacturing)
•    Strong financial acumen with experience managing commercials and margins
•    Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Experience working in a global delivery model (onsite–offshore)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Background in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, or high-tech domains
•    Experience with digital engineering, PLM platforms, model-based engineering, or AI-enabled engineering
•    Prior exposure to outcome-based or gain-share commercial models

•    Engagement stability and team effectiveness
