Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Tech Architect Global Capability Center
The GCC Sales and Advisory Leader will lead the strategy and execution of selling our advisory, transformation, technology, and outsourcing services specifically to Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling complex solutions to senior executives at GCCs across various industries, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these centers. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the GCC sector.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and advisory strategy targeted at Global Capability Centers, focusing on transformation, technology, and outsourcing services.
· Identify key markets, industries, and accounts within the GCC sector to drive business growth.
· Align sales strategies with the company’s broader business objectives and market opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within GCCs.
· Understand the specific needs, challenges, and goals of GCC clients to position our services as strategic solutions.
· Lead high-stakes negotiations and close significant deals with major GCCs.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities within the GCC sector.
· Maintain a deep understanding of the operational and strategic needs of GCCs and tailor solutions accordingly.
· Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to enhance our presence in the GCC market.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
· Implement and manage efficient sales processes, tools, and systems to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
· Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to the executive team.
· Continuously refine sales strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Collaborate with Units, India Country Leader, delivery, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
· Provide feedback from the GCC market to inform product development and service innovation.
· Participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives specifically tailored to GCCs.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
· Experience in Core Consulting (Big 4 preferred) focused on selling advisory, transformation, technology, and/or outsourcing services.
· Proven record of accomplishment of success in selling to Global Capability Centers or similar organizations.
· Experience working with large enterprises and multinational corporations.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and drive a high-performance sales team.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales strategies.
· Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and sales analytics tools.
